Visual Merchandiser

We have a number of opportunities across a number of our branches and are particularly looking for excellent candidates for the role of Visual Merchandiser. There are a few ‘must-haves’. These are important to us as they will ensure our brand continues to be both successful and highly regarded.

The must-haves are:

• Flexibility - we require people who can work 4 hours per day across core times within our business.

• able to work as part of a team
• fashion experience at a mid to high end level

A love of fashion and experience in retail is essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that high standards of visual presentation are met and maintained within the store. You must be able to balance aesthetic and commercial awareness with the ability to provide visually appealing displays to maximize sales
• Have responsibility for: implementing new windows / internal dollies / shoe plans / promotional areas / new stock deliveries
• Ensure that key commercial areas of the sales floor are being maximised and liase with store management team to monitor their effectiveness
• Provide visual training support and update your Management Team regarding any new staff training recommendations
• Ensure that the Visual Manual in your store is kept up to date and is well maintained
• Make recommendations to the Visual Merchandising team when store requires (major) merchandising in order for the required assistance to be given
• Ensure that any delayed maintenance issues affecting the stores appearance are investigated and dealt with
